It's nice to have a fun ghost story instead of a scary one for kids.

On the same order, my wish would be to once again see people who are no longer with me again and enjoy their company.

Dear April--

Thank you so much for your great review and for hosting Katie & Kimble Day. I can see how much work you went to--it's marvelous!

Interesting note: You know how writers generally create a big back story for their books? It's sort of like the unseen fabric that holds the story together. In Katie & Kimble: A Ghost Story, we learn that Katie's birthday is in the beginning of June, but the exact date is never mentioned. So, I think it is rather amazing that you chose June 5 as Katie & Kimble Day because June 5 is actually Katie's birthday!

Again, many thanks! I am very grateful.

I've read both of these and truly enjoyed them. Linda went on a virtual book tour with the first book in January 2009. If your readers stop by http://virtualbooktours.wordpress.com/2009/01/ they'll find links to the blogs she stopped at and get to read even more about these books.

I can't wait until the next book in this series comes out.

These books are wonderful, and I would love to win the set of two books for my grandson.

I wish that I could spend some time with an old friend whose friendship was lost. I would love to make things right and hear both of our sides of the story.

Thank you,

This book would be perfect for my granddaughter - she's a big reader, the right age, and I try to encourage her reading as much as possible since neither of her folks read much.

My 2 day wish? I'd like a portal into the afterlife so we'd have an idea of what is to come. (However I don't want to be scared to death ... so maybe that's not such a great wish.

MonieG said...

I'm with mverno. I wish I got on a gambling lucky streak that way I can fulfill the wish to not have to work and read all day.

The books sound great. My daughter would get a kick out of them because the girl and the ghost girls are about the same age as she is. She is always tickled to read books about children her age.

If I could have a wish come true for 2 days, I would wish to see my Grandmother again. It would be great to spend 2 days with her talking and learning more of my family's history. She died before I was old enough to ask her all the important questions.

I wish for 2 days to see my bff; we haven't seen each other in over 20 yrs. but keep in contact via phone and e-mail. She has lost a leg and I've got breast cancer so it would be good to get together again.
